Acceptable Use

- Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to extract source code from any Mom IPTV software, application, or stream.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
VPN, Proxy, and Connection Rules
Connecting to Mom IPTV servers through an unauthorized VPN, proxy, or intermediary server is strictly prohibited. This rule protects the security and stability of our network and the privacy of all subscribers.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate, permanent suspension of your account without refund. If your ISP requires the use of a VPN for legitimate reasons, please contact our support team in advance.
Service Quality and Streaming Performance
Streaming quality depends on several factors outside our direct control, including:
- The speed and stability of your internet connection (we recommend at least 25 Mbps for HD and 50+ Mbps for Full HD).
- The capability of your streaming device, app, or player.
- Local network conditions, Wi-Fi signal strength, and ISP performance.
- Geographic distance from our server nodes.

Service Availability, Maintenance, and Downtime
