- Mom IPTV does not host, store, or broadcast any content. All channels, movies, and series available through Mom IPTV are streamed directly from independent, third-party IPTV providers and their infrastructure.
- Mom IPTV does not own any of the content accessible through its subscription plans. All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, channel branding, and media content, belongs to their respective rights holders.
- Mom IPTV does not control third-party content. We are not in a position to unilaterally remove content hosted on external servers. If your copyrighted content is being streamed without authorization, we encourage you to contact the hosting provider directly.
- All content distributed by Mom IPTV is provided under commercial licensing agreements with our upstream IPTV service providers. Mom IPTV takes its obligation to distribute only legitimately licensed content seriously.
Copyright Infringement Notice (DMCA Takedown Request)
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that content accessible through Mom IPTV infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent.
To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, provide a representative list.

We recommend sending your notice via email for the fastest response. We will acknowledge receipt of your notice and process it in accordance with the DMCA.
Counter-Notification (Dispute a Takedown)
If you believe that content was removed or disabled from Mom IPTV’s platform as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a Counter-Notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Your Counter-Notification must include:
- Identification of the removed or disabled material and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- Your full contact information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A consent statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any judicial district if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Once a valid Counter-Notification is received, Mom IPTV will forward a copy to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, the removed content may be restored at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Subscribers or account holders who are found to have repeatedly violated the intellectual property rights of others will have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated without refund, at Mom IPTV’s sole discretion.
